Nick from Combined Locks, WI called our Sure-Dry team about getting a free estimate for the removal of water seeping through his concrete walls and soaking the perimeter of his basement. Our System Design Specialist David Longsine gave a good look at the problem and knew just why the water was coming in. He explained to Nick that there is a great amount of pressure on the concrete walls and when there's an abundance of water in the soil, the water will be forced in through the tiny pores in the concrete. With an easy fix, our installation crew led by Mario, installed the WaterGuard System around the perimeter of his basement and when water is forced through the concrete walls, the WaterGuard will be under the floor slab ready to collect it and drain it to the sump pump to be discharged out. Now that Nick has a successful working system to keep water out of his basement, he is at peace of mind!
