Before:
In an older farmhouse near Athens, the basement showed classic moisture issues—water at the wall–floor (cove) joint after rains, damp/porous foundation walls with efflorescence, and a persistent musty odor. With uneven wall surfaces typical of older homes, the owners needed a clean, low-maintenance solution that wouldn’t tear up the

space more than necessary.

After:
We installed WaterGuard® interior perimeter drainage to intercept seepage at the cove joint and carry it to a new UltraSump® system with a sealed lid, alarm, and battery backup for reliability during storms. We finished the walls with the CleanSpace® Wall System, mechanically fastening the liner to bridge irregular surfaces and direct wall moisture down into WaterGuard.

Now the basement stays clean, dry, and more usable year-round, with dependable protection even during power outages.
