32+ Years, 42,000+ Homeowners: The Sure-Dry Story
A lot can change in 32 years.
The trucks change. Technology changes. Products improve. Teams grow. Service areas expand.
But some things shouldn't change.
Sure-Dry was founded right here in Wisconsin in 1994 with a commitment to helping homeowners solve problems below and around their homes — and giving them a better experience with a contractor along the way.
More than three decades and 42,000+ homeowners later, we're still doing exactly that.
It Started in Wisconsin
Wisconsin isn't simply another market Sure-Dry serves.
It's home.
We started here.
We've grown here.
Our employees live here.
And we've spent more than three decades learning what Wisconsin weather can do to the homes we work on every day.
Heavy rain, spring snowmelt, freezing temperatures, changing groundwater conditions and repeated freeze-thaw cycles create plenty of challenges for Wisconsin homeowners.
We've seen a lot of them since 1994.
From Basement Waterproofing to Protecting the Whole Home
Sure-Dry began with basement waterproofing, but homeowners' needs have helped us grow.
Today, our team provides basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space repair, concrete repair and egress window installation.
That means our team can help with everything from a wet basement or bowing foundation wall to a damp crawl space, sinking driveway or new egress window.
The services have expanded.
The goal hasn't.
Understand the problem, recommend the right solution and take care of the homeowner.
Growing Across Wisconsin
As more homeowners trusted Sure-Dry, our service area grew too.
Our headquarters in Menasha serves Northeast Wisconsin, while our Wausau location has helped us build an even stronger presence throughout Central and Northern Wisconsin.
Today, Sure-Dry serves homeowners throughout Northeast, Central and Northern Wisconsin as well as Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
That growth means a lot to us.
But we're especially proud that we've been able to grow without losing sight of where we started.

42,000+ Homeowners — and Counting
Numbers aren't everything.
But 42,000+ homeowners represent something we're incredibly proud of.
That's 42,000+ families who invited our team into their homes.
Thousands of basements, foundations, crawl spaces, driveways, sidewalks and other spaces that homeowners trusted us to help protect or improve.
Every one of those projects represents a relationship.
And many of those relationships continue long after installation day.
We're Still Here After the Work Is Done
One of the ways Sure-Dry has evolved over the years is through our dedicated Service Department.
Because installing a system is only part of taking care of a homeowner.
Some systems require ongoing maintenance. Sometimes homeowners have questions. Sometimes equipment eventually needs attention.
When that happens, we want our customers to know exactly who to call.
Us.
Our full-time Service Department helps maintain and service the systems we install because we believe standing behind our work is part of doing the job right.
More Than a Place We Do Business
You'll see Sure-Dry employees throughout the communities we serve.
At chamber events.
At home shows.
Supporting local organizations.
At community projects.
At sporting events and sponsorships.
And probably at the grocery store.
That's because these aren't simply markets on a map to us.
They're our communities too.
Our employees live here, work here and raise their families here.
We're proud to support the places that have supported Sure-Dry for more than three decades.
Some Things Haven't Changed
Sure-Dry looks different today than it did in 1994.
And 32 years from now, it'll probably look different again.
But some things shouldn't change.
Show up.
Do what you say you're going to do.
Treat people right.
Do quality work.
Stand behind it.
And leave homeowners feeling better about the contractor experience than they did before they met us.
That's the company we've worked to build since 1994.
And we're just getting started.
