Matt brings over 12 years of sales experience and a passion for helping people to his role as Sales Manager at Sure-Dry. His background in sales leadership, customer engagement, and consultative solution-selling means homeowners can expect thoughtful, personalized recommendations and a truly remarkable experience.

Before joining Sure-Dry, Matt worked in both the K–12 EdTech and Life Sciences industries, where he built strong relationships, consistently exceeded goals, and helped guide teams to success. As a former educator and a soccer coach for more than 21 years at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels, Matt naturally connects with people, builds trust, and inspires those around him to reach their goals.

When he’s not helping customers improve their homes, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, their two beloved dogs, family, and friends. He’s also an avid curler, golfer, hunter, and fisherman—always ready for his next adventure.
