Just had a service call and yearly inspection. Jon Hicks was the specialist and was fantastic . Knew his job and answered all my questions. Brought a loaner dehumidifier to use while mine is being repaired. The basement is now a livable space thanks to Sure-Dry and guys like Jon that work there.Company's Response:
