Jim was here on September 7 around 11:30am. Jim called us in advance, was punctual on the time and went over everything with us afterwards. I would rate Jim as high as I could. He was pleasant to work with and thorough in his report. Jim called our attention to a couple of additional Sure-Dry products which had been mentioned on our first service call. At his time we are not in the market for either but now have the information if we change our minds in the future. I hope this will suffice for rating Jim's performance as excellent. He struck me as a knowledgeable, dedicated technician and we would be happy to see him again in the future.
