Called ahead to confirm when crew would be at my place to complete project. Also, Harley called 30 minutes prior to arriving to confirm.
David explained to Alice and I what could be done and left I with a price quote. Also he provide us with a reference customer for a similar project in New London to go and see.
Harley explained what was going to be done and how long he expected it ti take, During the lifting and leveling Harley explained a situation and ask for my input. A decision was made and they proceeded to complete the project. My wife Alice did call back on 8/9/2017 to inform Harley we identified they had missed filling one of the drilled holes. Harley informed me someone will stop out to plug/fill the missed drill hole.
