Our house was built in 2006 with a cold room underneath the porch. It is completely cement but the in ceiling at the edges we can see what appears to be plywood and insulation. There has been water leaking in through the ceiling of the cold room for quite some time usually only with heavy rain or storms. However, the ceiling is constantly wet in one corner and never dries out. Now, mold is on the ceiling and I don't want it to keep getting worse.
