Sure-Dry was a pleasure to work with. From our Salesman Shane to the 2 different crews that came out to do work. They are professional, they explain everything they are doing that day. They answered all my questions and did everything just how it was explained. It was nice to work with a competent company on this project. They filled the voids under the garage floor and ground down and sealed up the cracks. They also put a drain and water channel in outside the garage to divert the water causing the problem.

Was very happy with the work that Andy and Logan did on our foundation repair. They got right to work upon arriving at our house. Andy carefully removed soil next to the foundation, while Logan began working on digging and removing the sod for the new drain pipe. Once the foundation crack was patched, they replaced the soil and sod. The care they took in making sure to leave the yard as nice as possible was much appreciated. They took the time to minimize the impact of the equipment and soil on our yard, once the job was completed. They were quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing foundation repair.

He reassured us that he would help us with our primary issue which was replacing a sump pump, and also offered to do an evaluation of our basement while he was there. He was very personable and wasn’t pushy about upselling us on things we weren’t interested in. WOULD REALLY PREFER THE WORKER CALL WHEN THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY TO DO THE WORK. WE DIDN'T GET A CALL THIS LAST TIME. MY FAULT MY ALARM DIDN'T GO OFF AND THEN YOU HEAR THE DOOR BELL RING. UGH. THE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE HELPED. THANK YOU

as i understood from the salesman, i thought that the joint was going to be saw cut, not jackhammered out. the finish of the concrete is rougher than i expected, the rest of the floor is smoother, other than those things, a well done job.
