Assessment:
Our inspection found voids beneath several driveway panels from soil settlement and washout, plus deteriorated joint sealant that allowed water to infiltrate the base.

Solution & Steps:

1. Lift & stabilize (PolyLevel®): We mapped lift points, drilled small (~⅝") injection ports, and injected expanding polyurethane foam in controlled increments. Using a laser level, we restored the panels to target elevation and corrected slope to shed water away from the garage.

2. Seal & protect (NexusPro®): After lifting, we routed and cleaned cracks and control joints, installed backer where needed, and applied NexusPro to create a flexible, UV-resistant seal that keeps water out of the subbase.

3. Finish: Injection ports were patched with non-shrink grout, and the work area was cleaned for a neat, professional look.

Outcome:
The driveway is level and drains correctly, joints are sealed against water, and most areas returned to foot traffic the same day (vehicle traffic the following day). The homeowner gained a durable repair with minimal disruption and a noticeably improved curb appeal.

During inspection, we found active seepage at multiple wall-floor joints and mineral staining that showed a long-standing issue. The solution was a perimeter capture system that works below the slab and away from dirt and clogs.

Installation steps:

1. Perimeter trench: Saw-cut and removed a narrow strip of slab along the affected walls.

2. System placement: Laid washed stone and set WaterGuard® atop the footing with a wall flange to catch seepage. Added clean-out ports for future service.

3. Discharge connection: Pitched the system to the existing sump location for reliable removal.

4. Concrete restoration & test: Re-poured the slab edge for a neat, permanent finish and water-tested the line to confirm steady flow.

Outcome:
Groundwater is now captured before it reaches the floor surface and directed out of the home. The homeowner gained a dry, healthier basement without exterior excavation or major disruption.

During inspection, we confirmed crawl space settlement caused by undersized pads and compressible soils. To correct the structure without a full rebuild, we recommended SmartJacks®.

Installation steps:

1. Layout & preparation: Mapped support points beneath the main girder and areas with the greatest deflection; excavated to competent subgrade.

2. Engineered footings: Placed compacted stone and set concrete/steel bases to spread loads and prevent future settlement.

3. Set supports: Installed galvanized SmartJack posts and a supplemental steel beam where continuous bearing was needed.

4. Lift & level: Tightened the system gradually using a laser to guide small, even lifts that closed gaps and corrected slope while protecting finishes.

5. Finalize: Locked hardware, recorded reference elevations, and provided a simple plan for periodic checks or future fine-tuning if conditions change.

Outcome: Floors are solid and level, doors operate normally, and the crawl space now has code-compliant, adjustable support designed for long-term stability.
