Wet Basement Waterproofing In Weyauwega, WI

Before:
A homeowner in Weyauwega was dealing with seepage along the wall–floor edge after storms and moisture wicking through porous basement walls. The space stayed damp and musty, but trenching the slab wasn’t an option due to finishes and utilities.
After:
We installed DryTrak® baseboard drainage to collect cove-joint and wall seepage without jackhammering, finished the walls with the CleanSpace® Wall System to block vapor and direct moisture into DryTrak, upgraded pumping to UltraSump® with a sealed lid, alarm, and battery backup, and added a SaniDry™ Sedona® dehumidifier set to maintain ~45–50% RH with a dedicated drain.
Now the basement stays clean, dry, and comfortable—with reliable pumping during outages and controlled humidity for better air quality.
Concrete Patio Repair In Weyauwega, WI

Before:
A homeowner in Weyauwega had a sunken patio beneath a large deck. Shaded, damp conditions and washout caused panels to settle toward the house, creating trip edges at the posts and gaps that funneled water toward the foundation.
After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled slabs to fill voids and gently lift the patio back to a level, properly pitched position, then sealed joints and cracks with
NexusPro®, installing backer where needed and finishing with color-match sand for a clean look.
The patio is now even underfoot, sheds water away from the home, and has sealed joints to help prevent future settlement.

Under a large deck, the back patio had settled unevenly—especially near support posts and along the house—leaving toe-stubbing lips and gaps that collected water. Our crew mapped low areas, marked safe injection points around post footings, and drilled small (penny-size) ports. We placed PolyLevel® foam to stabilize the base soils and lift the slabs in controlled increments, checking progress with straightedges and a laser to restore proper drainage. After lift, we cleaned and prepared the joints, set backer where needed, and applied NexusPro® sealant. The flexible, UV-resistant formula keeps water out of joints while maintaining a neat, long-lasting finish.
During inspection, we found active moisture at the cove joint and damp lower walls—classic signs that water was entering both through the perimeter and the wall surface. To avoid cutting the floor, our crew bonded DryTrak® along the interior perimeter (opening block weep points where needed) so seepage is captured and routed neatly to the sump. We mechanically fastened CleanSpace® across the foundation walls, sealing all seams so vapor is blocked and any wall moisture is directed behind the liner into the DryTrak channel. At the low point, we installed UltraSump® for everyday pumping capacity plus battery-backup protection and an alarm. To finish the system, we set a SaniDry™ Sedona® dehumidifier with a dedicated drain and dialed in a target 45–50% RH for steady, energy-efficient moisture control.
With drainage, wall encapsulation, redundant pumping, and active dehumidification working together, the basement is now dry, fresher, and ready for everyday use—without the disruption of trenching the slab.
