A Turtle Access Point Door was installed to allow for easier access into the crawlspace for the homeowners and then. We then installed a full-perimeter drainage system along with a Sump Pump designed specifically for crawl spaces, laid Drainage Matting and CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation on the floor, insulated the walls with SilverGlo insulation, and used RimTitefoam insulation to fix the water and moisture issues in this crawl space, and keep the area dry and energy-efficient. A SaniDry Sedona whole-home dehumidification air system was also installed to remove and keep out moisture and mold. The solutions we proposed remedied the dampness and smells and made the entire house healthier. The homeowner was thrilled with the results as she never wanted to deal with these problems again. With the upgrades made to their home, Carol and her family can finally enjoy a dry, healthier, and more energy-efficient living space. Not only has this restored Carol's peace of mind, but it has also significantly improved their overall quality of life.
