To solve this issue, Sure-Dry Basement Systems installed their Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor system.  Wall anchors can repair many bowing wall problems. Soil anchors are placed in the ground outside the home.  Steel rods attached to soil anchors extend through the foundation wall and wall plates.  Wall plates distribute clamping pressure. Tightening nuts on the threaded ends of the rods stabilize the wall for a permanent solution.

Hi, I'm seriously looking into buying the property I've listed in Gleason, and the place has a heavily warped first floor in one area. I have only been able to look at it once so far, but I believe there is a cracked joist at least partially causing it. There is also a bit of a bulge in the concrete foundation (full basement) in the same local area as the warped floor. It's hard to say if the floor is bulging upward in the corner or sagging by the joist, or a combination of both. Some other info would be that it looks like the joists were set into the concrete foundation directly, rather than attached to a frame sitting on top of the foundation. I can't confirm that yet though. If you can get me something of a rough quote based on that it would be great, but I'm mainly looking to have someone come take a look at it and give me an estimate.
