I had a control box on my sump pump that failed (again). CJ from SureDry explained the potential reasons why it failed and replaced it with a better control box. He also offered advice in case of future control box and sump pump replacement issues. He’s got a sharp eye too, as he recognized that our radon mitigation system was not working (SureDry was not the installer) but he offered several companies that could repair that if we could not find the original installation paperwork.
