I started framing out my basement utilizing 2x2 furring strips screwed to the basement wall (Cinderblock foundation) started getting water coming through the screw holes. Suspect drain tile damage but unsure. Need fixed prior to putting the floorboards down. Also stopped the major flooding by removing sections of the furring strips and siliconing screw holes but its still seeping through. If i remove the silicone water pours out so i'm assuming the inside of the cinderblock is currently full of water.
