Tammy S. of Forestville, WI was experiencing water pooling in her basement and noticed that the water was coming in between the footing and foundation walls.  Along with water coming in, she was concerned about some small cracks she was noticing in the basement walls as well.  Tammy was planning to remodel her basement, but needed a professional to take care of these issues first. 

To take care of the water coming in, we installed our patented WaterGuard system.  WaterGuard takes the traditional interior drainage system to the next level by using a wall flange that allows seepage to enter the drain and collects water off the walls to easily funnel it away from the foundation. WaterGuard also prevents debris from entering the drainage area and provide a clean finished appearance on your floor.

To address the cracks in the basement walls, we installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System. Our CleanSpace® Wall System holds back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!

Have water in my basement on and off when it rains. There is a hole in the concrete in one area of the basement, but no water drains to that spot. What can I do to prevent the basement from getting wet at all?

We have two areas where water is leaking in basement. Walls have a small crack and water pools up where the walls meet the floor. We are looking to possibly remodel basement and would like an estimate on how to repair this before moving forward. Doesn't leak all the time and aren't 100% sure where exactly the water comes from.

Older farmhouse basement that has water leakage especially in Spring or with heavy rainfalls. Currently no eaves troughs on the house which may contribute to the problem as well as poor landscaping. Will be doing some renovations that will hopefully correct this very soon, but would like to see what can be done to prevent this water from continuing at all.
