I have a old cinder block garage and the back wall has been cracking between the cinder blocks and slowly separating since we bought the property in 1997. The roof is also shot and it's getting to the point that I either let it fall or fix it. If it falls I wont have a garage because I cant rebuild it due to zoning because it is on the property line. I am thinking about having the walls fixed and also raising the height of the building and then replacing the entire roof.
