New Inventory Shop Comes to Life

The inventory shop is finally being completed at Sure-Dry after over a year's worth of planning. The look to the room will be different to the entire staff, but especially to the production crews who will only have access to products and tools by having them distributed from new Inventory Specialist James Shomin. Shomin will be responsible for distributing and tracking items, tools and products as they come and go from the crews.

Each item in the inventory shop will have an item number along with having its own place. By creating this new systems it will allow for Sure-Dry to increase its efficiency in the Production Department by ensuring we are never short on products or having to delay jobs.

Along with the changes to the inventory portion is a new are for the production crews. The area will provide for a more organized portion of the shop where crew members will have desks to complete paperwork and an added spot for their boots and clothing.

The project is expected to go live May 31 and be fully completed within the next month. Here are a few pictures of the progress.
