Our rep was excellent in accessing our situation and promptly supplied a quote after meeting him at the home show. The workers we had do our installation were also excellent workers. I was very imporessed with there consistent effort all day (9:30-6:30+). They were so careful and neat - it was hard to tell they had dug such a deep hole as everything was put back so carefully.
