From the initial free estimation to the finished project, I couldn’t be more pleased. There was no pressure to buy, no hidden fees and Oscar and his crew did an excellent and speedy job with my basement. End of July purchased a home for sale by owner. Recently discovered the basement slab has extensive cracks. Signs of a possible resurface before home sale? Need opinion. Foundation is block. Attached garage has cracks (1"+) in slab as well. Owner had said shrinkage from wet concrete/early winter and cracks have always been there, but there is signs of slab sinking, and wall movement of garage side walls. Corner blocks by garage door have separated and are kicking out from block wall. Need evaluation of issues, condition and, estimate. Have not yet moved in.
