If you are a first-time customer of Sure-Dry then you most likely scheduled your free estimate appointment with Betty.  She brings over 15 years of previous customer service with her. "I am happy to talk with homeowners who want to take care of their home," says Betty. As a homeowner, she knows the importance of having the right products to have total peace of mind.               "Doug & Jenny, I wanted to take the opportunity to send you this email regarding my recent experience with your company. Recently I had water leak into my home and I had to begin the task of finding a contractor who could come out and help me determine where the water was coming from and how it could be fixed. My experience in finding good dependable contractors, who respond and return phone calls, is usually an unpleasant task in the rural area that I am in. I have had many negative experiences with contractors such as landscaping, roofing, heating and cooling Etc. In a lot of cases I have had companies either fail to return phone calls or show up, promises to deliver a quote and then never follow through, or just fail to show up at all when scheduled dates were agreed upon. Then my encounter with Zack Thomas who was the systems design specialist that performed the inspection. Zack was not only knowledgeable but also very honest. Actually pointing out certain things that other contractors had failed to notice. His theory on how and where the water was coming from and how it could be remedied actually saved me several dollars had I choses to take the advice of the other contractors. I also had an experience with another system designer by the name of Chris, (sorry I didn't get his last name) due to a scheduling change in the inspection appointment. You should know that both these young gentlemen represented your company very well. I could tell that not only did they both enjoy what they do for a living, more importantly they liked who they worked for. They both spoke compassionately about your company's offerings. They honestly provided recommendations that fit best for me instead of trying to falsely push through a sale on a process that I didn't need, especially after traveling so far for the inspection. That told me they were trained to think about customer satisfaction first instead of a bottom line. A philosophy not performed by your competitors, particularly one right in Appleton. I thought it important to send you both this email in order to recognize the effort of good employees but to also compliment your company's success. Most of the contractors I have ended up using were from networking with neighbors. Word of mouth referrals based on good experiences and satisfaction on the work performed. I will definitely recommend Sure-Dry Solutions to anyone I come in contact with having water leakage. Thank you, M.C"
