General Comments: as i understood from the salesman, i thought that the joint was going to be saw cut, not jackhammered out. the finish of the concrete is rougher than i expected, the rest of the floor is smoother, other than those things, a well done job.
In addition to the general comments above, our customer was also given the opportunity to rate us in six key areas related to our performance as a company, from initial contact to final cleanup.
