The more information you provide, the more efficient is the tool.
It will suggest the best upgrades; tell you how much they cost and how much money you will save by upgrading.
Personally I was very excited to find out that with a couple hundred dollars worth of simple improvements, I can save about $500 yearly in electric bills.
